Idea

Everything starts with an idea. However, each one is different and requires a unique approach. With this initial step we discuss the concept and challenge it based on our business and development expertise.

Research

Once common ground for idea understanding is established we are switching our focus on learning better context of what we would like to achieve together with the customer. After research we know what is to be achieved, if the concept is feasible and what could be the best approach to move forward.

Design

This is the step when we turn customer’s vision and outcome of our workshops and conversations together into executable deliverables. Our team prepares designs, provides documentation like feature specs and works with the client on milestones and a project schedule.

Development

This is when a previously prepared plan is implemented. If we are working on your digital product, this is when it is developed by our engineers and tested by the quality assurance team.

Delivery

Last step of our workflow is delivery. This could be deployment of MVP for new product or features improving an existing application. This is when our ideas and work we did during previous steps will be validated and challenged.
