about
zenloop is a platform for complex measuring customer satisfaction using NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology. Working with zenloop's founders, we created a fully functional tool designed to transform NPS methodology into a more actionable set of tasks to increase customer satisfaction.
project goals
With zenloop's vision for creating a complex NPS tool, we started working together to first shape that vision into a product concept. We followed this by moving the concept into the MVP stage and, later on, into a fully functional product.

Solutions

Using the speed of Elixir technology, we created a real-time processing flow and a variety of queuing systems that allow for complex, multi-staged processing of incoming answers and scores. The zenloop tool is capable of performing the necessary computations in order to efficiently utilise data and present it to the end user.

Improved membership management

The key factor for building a community is people. With that in mind, we worked towards improving the digital environment for Factory’s community members, so they could have such a nice experience online as they have among the building’s walls.

What we did was to improve the platform’s Member Area, where people can, for example, manage their profile and membership plans, and also added new networking tools like a Job Board, Companies Directory and Event Listing, making it easier for people to share experiences and connect.

Data processing capabilities

We’ve managed to create a platform that supports the gathering, analysing, and aggregating of large amounts of data with real-time processing that includes machine learning-aided topic detection of the incoming comments and sentiment detection.

Unified workflow pipeline

The processing pipeline that LLI built can detect language, assign topics, and detect sentiment per each topic for hundreds of thousands of messages incoming into the zenloop system.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Reporting system

The system’s workflow pipeline is aided by its reporting system, which allowed for a high-level overview on the aggregated data. By providing the most common topics, their sentiments, the most impactful topics, we made it possible to obtain a comprehensive look at actionable customer feedback.
