Improved membership management
The key factor for building a community is people. With that in mind, we worked towards improving the digital environment for Factory’s community members, so they could have such a nice experience online as they have among the building’s walls.
What we did was to improve the platform’s Member Area, where people can, for example, manage their profile and membership plans, and also added new networking tools like a Job Board, Companies Directory and Event Listing, making it easier for people to share experiences and connect.

PRODUCT CONSULTING
Counsellor dashboard
In reworking the platform's counsellor dashboard, we optimised the toolset for managing and maintaining all areas of counsellor-client relations (including session notes, client directories, conversation history, and so on).
After performing a comprehensive analysis and a series of customer workshops, we proposed a set of improvements to make the daily work of counsellors more efficient.

UX/UI DESIGN
Counsellor profiles
Improving the platform's user interface, which included reworked counsellor profiles, helped establish a better initial connection between counsellor and client.
Our design improvements made it easier for potential clients to browse through counsellors’ list, filter the selection of profiles according to their individual needs, and select a counsellor with whom to reach out.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Client directory
During our workshops with counsellors, we also identified the need to rework the platform's existing client management system. Counsellors rely on the functionality provided by this system and utilise it on a daily basis.
The version of the system that our team delivered provided counsellors with better resources for managing clients, including the ability to categorise clients by status and a streamlined system for inviting clients to conversations.

Video Connection
Ensuring smooth and efficient video sessions between clients and counsellors was one of the main user experience factors that our team addressed in our work with Stillpoint Spaces.
We improved the security, performance, and ease of use of this part of the platform's functionality. We also enabled the creation of ad hoc sessions to support timely connections between clients and counsellors.
