about
Medeval is an evaluation tool that our team created as a proof of concept. Through building Medeval, our team created a prototype solution that would allow automatically assign patients to specialists based on a series of automated evaluation forms.
project goals
The goal of the Medeval project was to integrate various existing patient assessment forms into a single digital flow. This integration created one coherent system which combined different forms and scoring systems and integrated them into a streamlined user journey.

Solutions

Our team’s solutions for Medeval delivered a system to be used by healthcare professionals and patients alike. We built a panel and questionnaire system that allows for the straightforward assessment of different mental health risks and related results.

Improved membership management

The key factor for building a community is people. With that in mind, we worked towards improving the digital environment for Factory’s community members, so they could have such a nice experience online as they have among the building’s walls.

What we did was to improve the platform’s Member Area, where people can, for example, manage their profile and membership plans, and also added new networking tools like a Job Board, Companies Directory and Event Listing, making it easier for people to share experiences and connect.

Doctor Panel

Medeval’s Doctor Panel forms the portion of the platform utilised by healthcare professionals. Through the panel, doctors and specialists can access patients’ evaluation reports, scores, and other relevant information. This provides healthcare professsionals with a holistic view of patient data and feedback on patient questionnaires.

Patient questionnaire

Medeval’s patient questionnaires provide patients with a seamless digital experience when providing important medical information to their providers. The questionnaire flow that our team created helps patients and professionals identify potential mental health risks and applies branched conditional processing logic to gather necessary information from patients. This, in turn, maximises the efficiency of visits with healthcare professionals.
