Improved membership management
The key factor for building a community is people. With that in mind, we worked towards improving the digital environment for Factory’s community members, so they could have such a nice experience online as they have among the building’s walls.
What we did was to improve the platform’s Member Area, where people can, for example, manage their profile and membership plans, and also added new networking tools like a Job Board, Companies Directory and Event Listing, making it easier for people to share experiences and connect.

Social media campaigns
Social media campaigns are both cost-efficient and successful method of advertising. We revamped Brandnew's platform to make it as easy as possible for advertisers to efficiently work with influencers regardless of their location.
The platform's features allowed advertisers to search for influencers using an advanced set of filters, providing a seamless process of creating and maintaining business partnerships. This, in turn, brought increased success to the social campaigns run through Brandnew.

Influencer search
Brandnew's platform gives advertisers access to more than 100,000 influencers from all over the world. The design of the influencers' contact cards provides a concise look at any given influencer's content, marketing vertical(s), and key data points to assist in benchmarking and identifying the best fit for individual campaigns.

PRODUCT CONSULTING
Campaign reporting
For advertisers, the tracking and measurement of results are often some of the toughest parts of campaign management. To make campaign reporting accessible and straightforward, our team defined the key metrics that advertisers regularly report on for each social network.
Using our findings, we implemented the necessary features (like live reporting) into the Brandnew platform and made it possible for advertisers to download reports in multiple file formats.

Brandnew app
Just like Brandnew's desktop platform, the mobile app was designed for managing influencer marketing campaigns. In creating the app, we applied machine learning mechanisms to leverage influencers' value for a broad range of businesses.
The functionalities within the mobile app make it possible for advertisers to manage thousands of influencers and dozens of campaigns simultaneously while utilising the app's user-friendly and intuitive user interface.
